Time limit

• Each game has its own time limit to play.
• This limit can exceptionally be extended by roommasters only if there is no follow-up to this game. After the game time expires, the roommaster is entitled to end the game.
• You need to arrive 15 minutes earlier to your game. (At this time, players will be introduced to the rules of the game and introduced to the game)
• In case of late arrival, the game time limit may be shortened. (due to follow-up games)

Instructions for smooth play

• All items in the game can only be used once. So if you use a key, for example, do not try to use it anywhere else.
• Do not move any furniture. It is never needed. If you move a wardrobe, the roommaster will not be able to turn it back.
• Do not use any violence. Everything is designed to be opened / solved without using any extra force.

Payment

• Payment is always for the whole team, not per person
• It is possible to pay in advance (at the time of reservation) by credit card or on site in cash
• Cancellation of reservation
• Reservation can be canceled by phone or email. Not later than 24 hours in advance.
• In the case when the client pays the game, does not appear and when the roommaster tries to contact him / her without any response, the reservation will be forfeited and the payment will not be refunded.
